• Stage 2+ Risk Desk Rules Can Expel Traders [Critical]: From the second stage onward, Lux sends personalized risk-management rules by email. The Terms say three documented breaches allow Lux to expel the trader and close the account — with no published appeal process.
• Funded Capital Can Be Notional And Lux May Be Counterparty [Critical]: The Terms explicitly state that funded capital may be notional rather than fully deposited with the broker, and that Lux may directly offset trades as counterparty for risk-management purposes.
• High-Water Mark Applies From Stage 3 Onward [Warning]: From stage 3 and later, realized losses from previous months must be recovered before a new net-positive result is recognized for payout purposes.
• 5% RRC Max Risk Per Trade AND 5% Single-Trade Profit Cap [Warning]: Current trading rules cap risk per trade at 5% of Remaining Risk Capital AND cap realized profit on any individual position at 5% of the stage profit target.
• INSTA Starts On Demo — Live Upgrade Is Never Guaranteed [Warning]: INSTA program accounts start on demo simulation. Moving to an A-Book live account is entirely at Lux's sole discretion after reviewing results — the process is automatic and traders are not permitted to ask about timing.
