• Instant Funding 20% Best-Day Cap [Critical]: In the Instant Funding plan funded stage, no single trading day may generate more than 20% of your total equity-based profit. This is a hard consistency cap. Disclosed in the help center comparison table but buried — not prominently shown in the plan pricing page.
• 1-Step Plus 45% Best-Day Cap (Funded Stage) [Warning]: The 1-Step Plus funded stage applies a 45% consistency rule: no single day can account for more than 45% of total equity-based profit. Disclosed in help articles but not visible on the main pricing/challenge page.
• Payout Locks Trailing Drawdown Permanently (1-Step Standard & Instant) [Warning]: When you request a payout on the 1-Step Standard or Instant Funding plan, the trailing drawdown line is permanently fixed at the initial account balance. Even if you leave money in the account, the stop-out level never improves. Atmos recommends leaving a buffer but the risk of breach increases over time.
• News Trading Profit Deduction (All Plans) [Warning]: Trades opened or closed within ±2 minutes of high-impact economic events are prohibited. Violation results in a profit deduction (soft breach), not immediate account termination. Any profits from such trades are removed. This applies to all plans and is enforced firm-wide.
